Biography
I was introduced to the hot room in November 2014 and completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Fall 2015, Khao Lak Thailand. Both of these instances were the best decisions I have made. Although I am just beginning my journey into Bikram’s yoga, this sequence builds such a profound connection between mind, body, and spirit each time I practice – it’s unreal. My hope is to share what I learn in my personal practice through my teaching
