I have been teaching Bikram's Yoga for almost 7 years now and this practice has completely changed my life and I have been lucky enough to witness others' lives change. That is my favorite part of teaching! Seeing transformation for the better! I am excited to be part of BYA and to continue my own practice at this wonderful studio.
